CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?
Realized you want a different size or entered the wrong shipping address? Maybe you want to add something after browsing a bit more? No problem. Send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com ASAP and we'll get it sorted. Once it's shipped though, we can't make changes.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Bought something and it went on sale within 14 days? Email us at heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll adjust it for you.
One exception: this doesn't apply to anything bought in the 5 days before our annual 11/11 Day promo.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT.
Each and every order is packed to be unwrapped like a gift – whether it's for yourself or someone else. We never include pricing or receipts with orders, but if you have special gifting requests, leave a note at checkout and we'll work our magic. Gift notes can also be left in the notes at checkout – we'll handwrite them and put them in your package.

SHIPPING
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Right now we only ship within the US. We hope to go international down the road, so keep an eye out.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $100 ship free.
I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO?
Once a package leaves our hands and tracking shows it was delivered, it's out of our control. But don't panic, a few things to try:
- Wait a full business day. Carriers, especially USPS, often mark a package delivered before it shows up.
- Check around. Ask your neighbors, front desk or super in case it landed with them by mistake.
- Still nothing? File a claim directly with the carrier.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
When your order is packed, sealed with love and shipped out, you'll get a shipping email from us with your tracking number. Click the tracking number in that email, or pop it into the carrier's website.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12pm ET usually ship same day. Anything after 12pm ET or on weekends ships the next business day. During busy promo periods, give it an extra 1 to 2 business days.
MY TRACKING HASN'T BEEN UPDATED. HELP!
USPS: If tracking hasn't moved in over a week, email us at heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll keep an eye on it and take the next step if we need to.
FedEx: If there's no update for over 24 hours, email us and we'll get to the bottom of it.
RETURNS
I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM.
For an exchange or return, start here and we'll get you sorted. All returns have a $5 shipping and re-stocking fee. Exchanges are free.
One note: we can't accept returns on custom items like embroidered robes and custom jewelry.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
We process returns every Tuesday and Thursday. Refunds go back to your original card or account about 5 to 7 business days after they're issued. Exchanges ship within 1 to 2 business days of your return being processed.
JEWELRY
HOW DO I ADJUST MY BRACELET?
Our bracelets use a sliding knot. To tighten, pull the two ends of the string away from each other. To loosen, gently push the knots closer together while pulling the loop wider.
MY BRACELET BROKE. WHAT DO I DO?
We're sorry to hear that! Send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com with a photo of the broken bracelet and your order number and we'll get you taken care of.
MY RED STRING JEWELRY COULD USE A REFRESH.
Our red string jewelry is meant to be worn daily, so it'll naturally show a little wear over time. If it's looking worn, give it a gentle wipe with a damp cloth. If it's beyond saving, reach out and we'll help you out.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials built to last, but water, sweat, perfume and chemicals dull the shine over time. To keep pieces their brightest, take them off before swimming, showering or working out. That said, we love the worn-in look and never take ours off, through workouts, showers and sleep. Totally your call.
CAN I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
We don't usually clean ours (we like the worn-in, lived-in look), but you're welcome to give yours a refresh whenever. A quick rinse in lukewarm water and a soft cloth to dry does the trick, and it helps keep makeup, sweat and sunscreen from building up.
DO I NEED TO TAKE MY JEWELRY OFF WHEN SHOWERING, SWIMMING, ETC?
Totally up to you. We never take ours off. Our pieces handle a lot of wear, but if you're worried about them turning or getting dirty, take them off before water, chemicals or anything too rough.
CANDLES
WHAT ARE THE CANDLES MADE OF?
A coconut and soy wax blend, hand-poured in the USA. Non-toxic and free of parabens, phthalates and lead, with cotton wicks and clean-burning fragrance oils. The good stuff.
WHAT IS A CANDLE'S ESTIMATED BURN TIME?
Our 8oz candles burn about 40 hours and our 11oz candles about 60 hours. Our Deluxe Mega candles (30 to 38 oz) burn 130 to 150 hours.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY CANDLE?
Three rules. Let the first burn go 2 to 3 hours so the wax melts all the way to the edges. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before every burn. And never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
WHY IS MY CANDLE TUNNELING?
Tunneling happens when the first burn was too short and the wax only melted in the middle. Let each burn go until the whole top is liquid, usually 2 to 3 hours, and it'll even back out.
FRAGRANCES
ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES SAFE AND NON-TOXIC? DO THEY CAUSE ALLERGIES?
Yes. All our fragrances are phthalate-free and made to meet the latest IFRA safety standards (the global body that sets the rules for fragrance ingredients).
That said, any fragrance might trigger a sensitivity in some people, even all-natural ones. Essential oils are some of the most common allergens out there, so a truly allergen-free scent isn't a real thing. If a scent irritates your skin, wear it on your clothes instead or stop using it. If it bothers your breathing, stop using it. Trust your body.
HOW LONG DOES THE PERFUME LAST?
Our Eau de Parfums wear close to the skin for hours. Reapply through the day if you want more, and layer with the matching body oil or butter to make it last even longer.

Yes. Everything we make is vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and eco-friendly. Non-toxic, always.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our candles are hand-poured in the USA with a coconut and soy wax blend, and our jewelry is handmade too. Everything is made with clean, non-toxic ingredients.

Yes. Grab a Try Me size of any Eau de Parfum, or the Scent Discovery Set to sample all five before you commit.
