How To:

• Take the wooden end of one stick of our Le Coco Incense and fit it through the pin-sized hole. If you're using our Magic Incense Burner box, you can burn one at a time or use an incense stick in each hole for extra good, coconut-y vibes.
• Make sure the incense stick is "floating" aka not resting on the wood below and light it up. If the incense stick is touching the wooden tray beneath, the incense won't continue to burn.
• Light the tip of your incense. Once it flames for a few seconds, you must blow it out and the incense will continue to softly smoke.
• When you're finished, remove the incense from the hole and ash it in the small gold trays inside the box and discard.
• If you've got out Magic Incense Burner Box, store any Le Coco sticks you didn't use in the trap door underneath the tray for your next burn.

We want you to enjoy your incense, so please follow the below guidelines to burn safely.

• Never leave incense unattended while lit or within the reach of children or pets. 
• Always burn on a stable, level, fire resistant surface. 
• Make sure to blow out incense after lighting it so that the burner won't catch fire and the incense will be able to smoulder.

We pull our orders at 10am EST each day (excluding Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

If you selected USPS Standard Shipping (or Free Shipping), your order will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of when it was placed. Any orders with red string jewelry may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to process. If you need your order by a certain date, please leave a note at checkout or reach out to heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll do our best to prioritize it.

If you selected Fedex 2-Day or Fedex Standard Overnight, your order will ship the following business day.

For an exchange or return, please click here and we'll get you sorted. All returns have a $5 shipping and re-stocking fee. Exchanges are free.
